ETP® Maintenance of Properties for Virgin and Recycled Products

Polymer based master batch conformed by different elements that retain and improve the mechanical properties in degrade resins, during the manufacturation process. This additive is applied in small quantities that goes from 1 to 3%, while the transformation stage.

ETP®-MPR lubricates, protects and avoids property losses of the resins used in the elaboration of the final product, in virgin resins maintains its mechanical properties.

Variety of Products

  • ETP-MPR1: PE
  • ETP-MPR2: PP

Resins

  • POLYETHYLENE (Low, medium and high density, lineal low density and their combinations).
  • POLYPROPYLENE (Homo-polymer, Co-polymer and their combinations).

Processes

  • Extrussion
  • Thermoforming
  • Injection
  • Blow molding

Products

  • All kinds of bags.
  • Commercial and specialized injected parts: electrics and electronics.
  • Single use disposal: plates, cups, cutlery and containers.
  • Multilayer.

Advantages

  • Contributes to the sustainability of the plastic and recycle.
  • In virgin resins maintains its mechanical properties and in recycled ones strengthens it.
  • Promotes the use of recycling resins improving its mechanical properties.
  • Lubricates the resins during the transformation process.
  • Non-harmful for the environment.
  • Non-toxic additive for animals and humans.
  • Generates savings in the cost of final product.
